100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If You Don't Love It, Return It!  Above all, I want you to be happy. We all want to be happy and in love with our interior environment!  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, I will cheerfully accept a return within two weeks.  Returns must be in original, undamaged condition. I will refund the full price of the painting including the cost of shipping to you.  You pay cost of return shipping. To return a painting, contact me at sally@sallyveach.com or the phone number listed on your sales receipt.  It may be helpful to keep original packaging, as paintings must arrive back to me undamaged.

Shipping

Shipping methods follow accepted industry standards, which includes wrapping in protective, archival paper and multiple layers of padding in a sturdy cardboard box.  For extra large paintings, it may be necessary to package in wood crates.  In this case, a quote for shipping will be given after checkout. (If quote is unacceptable, you are protected by my 14 day return policy, and will be refunded for the cost of the painting if I am notified within that time period.)

If a painting arrives damaged, contact me immediately at sally@sallyveach.com or the phone number listed on your sales receipt.

Complimentary In-Home Consultations and Local Delivery

I will gladly travel within most of the greater Shenandoah Valley of Virginia (Frederick, Warren, Shenandoah, Page, and Rockingham Counties) at no charge!  It is very helpful to see the paintings in your home or business, especially to determine if they complement your decor and wall colors.  To arrange for free home or business delivery, choose "Local Pickup or Delivery" at checkout.  If it is determined that the paintings are not a good fit, your order will be refunded at that time.

About Frames

Many of my paintings are framed.  I like them, but tastes in frames are very individual, and many collectors want to choose and install their own frames.  If you would like to know whether a painting you are interested in is framed, please email me at sally@sallyveach.com.  If it is already framed, you may have the frame at a low cost.  I will send you a picture.

Below is some information about frames to help you decide how or if you want to frame your paintings.

Traditional Frames

Gallery Wrap Canvas (No Frame)

These prints are gallery wrapped.  Original paintings are often painted on gallery wrapped canvases also. The artist paints the sides to coordinate with the painting. The deep sides of the canvas make it acceptable to hang without a frame.  This is also a more modern look.

Modern Floater Frames

This example from artist Ginny Herzog shows the modern look of floater frames. The painting sits inside a wood enclosure that partially covers the sides.

Cradled canvas panels are just the same as cradled wood panels, but have a canvas surface glued to the wood frame.

Copyright Law

From the moment an artist creates a painting, the only person who is allowed to reproduce that art is the artist who made it. If you purchase a painting, it does not give you the rights to reproduce that artwork. I, the creator, am the only one who has the right to reproduce the painting, until the reproduction right has been granted to someone else.

A Note About My Process

I consider any painting "fair game" until someone purchases it!  Occasionally, I will see something that bothers me about a painting and work on it some more even after it has been posted to this website.  If I do, the new version will replace the old as soon as I can--always on the same day. But that might be a good thing to remember if you are thinking about purchasing something.  (He who hesitates....!)
